● Basic Enterprise Information* During registration, you need to provide enterprise name, domain name, contact information (such as name, mobile phone number, email address), enterprise size, etc., to create an enterprise account and initialize the service.
● User Account Information* Enterprise administrators can create accounts for employees and collect necessary information such as employee names, email addresses, departments, and job titles for account management and permission allocation.

4. User Communication: Sending service notifications (such as system upgrades and account anomaly alerts) and marketing information (such as new-user discounts and bulk purchase promotions). You may unsubscribe from such information at any time.

● If you need to delete personal data or close an enterprise account, please contact our 7×24-hour customer service (contact information at the end of this document), and we will process and respond within a reasonable period.
● After account closure, we will delete relevant data, except as required by laws and regulations or for security audit obligations.

● If you have any questions or complaints about data processing, you may submit them through the "Help Center" or customer service channels, and we will respond and handle them promptly.
* Protection of Minors*
This service is primarily aimed at enterprise users and is not directly provided to minors. If employees of your enterprise are minors, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization from their guardians and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
* Policy Updates and Effectiveness*
We may update this policy based on business adjustments or legal requirements. Updated content will be notified via email announcements or in-app messages. Continued use of this service constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
